Overview

Microsoft Office Excel is the de facto number-crunching, analyze-anything tool, but when one needs to share that information with others, it becomes difficult. With Excel Services in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, one can now distribute workbooks, or parts thereof, seamlessly and easily protecting the IP in the workbook, ensuring that security is maintained, and keeping a single version of the workbook so that everyone has the right numbers.
