Overview

EMT is the largest mobile operator in Estonia with more than 500,000 customers. To maintain its position as the leading mobile operator in Estonia, EMT needed to enhance its customer and dealer services as well as improve its abilities to deploy new services. Standardized infrastructure based on BEA WebLogic Platform serves as a customer self-service portal, a dealer system and a credit management system. It stores all relevant customer information and enables rapid deployment of new services.
