Active Wizard: Dynamic Workflow

Overview

User acceptance of workflow systems is the most difficult component of any enterprise document management initiative. To be successful, workflow requires 100% participation. Keeping the system simple and intuitive as well as having the ability to quickly react to change are the primary drivers of success. Dynamic workflow provides substantial benefits for automating business processes over conventional static or template based solutions. The Dynamic Workflow module of the Active Wizard provides these capabilities for Documentum users. The Dynamic Workflow module leverages XML and the Documentum repository to provide a mechanism for rules to be created, managed and executed through either Webtop, or the stand-alone Active Wizard application.
