Overview
The Continental Group wanted to optimize international business management through detailed analysis of commercial development and personalize customer contact through effective customer relationship management tools. The challenge was to achieve fail-safe systems and, as a result, high availability. The Continental Group worked with Oracle Consulting to implement an Oracle-based technology infrastructure to upgrade the existing pan-European intranet and data warehouse, and facilitate the most accurate possible business analysis of the branch offices and achieved easy access to the central system via Oracle Portal.
