It also needed to ensure that the site was always up to date with accurate and meaningful information that was accessible to everyone. WYPTE approached Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Diagonal Solutions to redevelop its existing Web site by using Microsoft Content Management Server 2002, Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Microsoft Windows XP, and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET.

| In order to attract prospective students to its campus, Washington State University (WSU) Spokane relies heavily upon its Web site. Few years ago, the campus's Internet presence consisted of piecemeal and disjointed information, most of it designed by student contractors using a wide variety of development tools. As more and more people began getting online, it became clear that the campus needed a more sophisticated and integrated Web site. To upgrade the site, WSU decided to use the Microsoft FrontPage 98 Web site creation and management tool. In late 1999, the campus upgraded to FrontPage 2000, offering even more sophisticated tools to the members.
