Overview

In late 1999, the County of San Diego (County) embarked on a journey to install an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP system would consist of a new financial system, human resource system and a performance management (PM) system. To assist the County of San Diego with their performance management implementation, the County engaged the services of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). During the software selection process, CSC assisted the County in assessing five software vendors and their products.
