Bellsystem24, Inc. provides its One-to-One Marketing Services to approximately 5,000 enterprise customers annually through 33 contact centers throughout Japan. The company needed to reinforce its internal infrastructure and messaging environment, perform online backup without disrupting services, and restore the system in 10 minutes in case of a failure. Bellsystem24 selected Alphatec Solutions Co., Ltd. to deliver an innovative online backup and recovery solution to support business continuity and compliance. Alphatec recommended an HP StorageWorks 8000 Enterprise Virtual Array as the core infrastructure system, with clustered HP ProLiant DL585 servers, HP StorageWorks Business Copy EVA, and Fast Recovery Solution EVA.
