Why Yahoo and Microsoft shouldn't merge.

The reason couldn't be any clearer. Do we really want Microsoft to monopolize yet another market? I hope Yahoo doesn't sell out, and that the relevant regulatory authorities reject the marriage. This deal will be bad for competition and has anti-competitive written all over it. 

Stop microsoftation! Say no to the merger!
