The online recruitment company last year began its Indian operations in Mumbai and Bangalore in March and May respectively, followed by New Delhi in September.
JobStreet.com said also in a statement it had clinched three annual contracts with top Indian corporations: consumer goods firm Hisdustan Lever Ltd, New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)-listed software services company Wipro Ltd and Citibank India.
The contracts are for providing application service provider (ASP) solutions using JobStreet.com's SiVA software tool that automates sorting, filtering and processing of resume.
JobStreet.com said it was also voted the top job site by India's The Week magazine in its December 31, 2000 issue.
At the @my2000 Malaysian Internet Awards organized by Mimos last year, JobStreet.com was crowned Internet Company of the Year. The firm owns and operates www.jobstreet.com and claims to have a million members, facilitating more than 3,000,000 career matches a month.
It currently has a customers comprising more than 4,000 corporations in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and India.
