No junk fax blocker or secure fax receive mode No way to save fax groups Walk-up scanning is not enabled with USB connections Greyscale scanning needs some improvement

Verdict

Although it's missing some fax features that many small offices and workgroups find useful, the Lexmark X502n produces fast, high-quality prints.
