Pros

Consistently fast task speeds Great print/scan quality Expandable paper handling and memory PictBridge port Automatic document feeder (ADF) Network-ready Brother ControlCenter is flexible and customisable Security feature is great for a multi-user environment

Cons

No junk fax blocker; No auto duplexer Walk-up scanning options are a bit limited Colour printing could use a tiny bit of improvement

Verdict

Our quibbles with the Brother MFC-9440CN pale in comparison to the many things we like about it, chiefly its sublime combination of fast speeds and high-quality output. It's currently our top recommendation for a small office environment.
