CIO 1-on-1 Q. What has been your most memorable IT project experience?
There were two projects. The first was working with HP to formulate the processes for Flower Memo, a patent pending product. The second was developing mobile commerce with StarHub's i-Mode service.

Ryan Chioh, executive director of Far East Flora.com, recounts the year's biggest IT news

What was the top IT news of 2005?
The security breach where Visa and MasterCard holders' information were stolen. A total of 40 million cards were compromised.

If there is one thing you'd wish to see from tech vendors in 2006, what would it be?
I'd like to see vendors charge at sustainable or reasonable prices according to each industry's ability to afford software or hardware.

What will be the top security issue in 2006, and why?
I'd say the virus security threat to mobile phones, because there are more phones than computers.
