The open source company has appointed one of its developers to a full-time position to coordinate its Linux driver development program.

Open source company Novell relaunched its Linux driver program on Thursday.

The program, which was originally launched in January, aims to coordinate Linux driver development to provide driver code for businesses.

Until Thursday, the program was administered on a part-time basis by Novell developer Greg Kroah-Hartman.

Now Novell has appointed Kroah-Hartman to coordinate the programme full-time, according to Kroah-Hartman's Linux Kernel Monkey Log.
