ICT Service Delivery Officer Description Dept of Climate Change (Ongoing Position, Closing Date05/11/2009) Duties: "Working within a small team, the ICT Service Delivery Officer will be responsible for providing ICT support to Australian Climate Change Regulatory Authority (ACCRA) staff. As a general guide duties may include:1.Assist new staff to gain building and ICT access.2.Ensure building and ICT access is removed from departing staff.3.Be the initial contact for ICT incidents and problems whether hardware or software related.4.Log and document all ICT incidents and problems.5.Escalate complex issues as required.6.Track and monitor incidents and problems until their resolution.7.Testing resolutions to incidents and problems." Notes: These positions are expected vacancies and formal offers may not be made until the CPRS legislation passes the Parliament.
