$ SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - APPLICATION - PERM $ SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - APPLICATIONS - ITIL CERTIFIED - PERMANENT - GREAT $$ Our client, a large global IT Outsoucing company, is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to work for their Macquarie Park based team. Job Responsibilities: You will be required to manage the Service Delivery team as well as act as a first point of contact for any service issues that arise. This role will be customer facing and require the successful candidate to work 2-3 days a week on client site (Parramatta, Burwood, or CBD) and the remaining days at Macquarie Park. Strictly candidates with the following skills need only apply: - Previous experience in an application service management capacity or team leader in a support capacity is necessary. 1-2 years minimum - IT qualifications preferred. - ITIL experience preferred. - Debt management experience useful but not essential.
