This global professional services company are looking ?to hire an experienced Project Co-ordinator/Administrator to be based in Darwin, fixed term initially until 30 June 2010 ?. ? The Project relates to a review and clean up of 'Share Drive' structures. ?This role is to run a program of work to identify the ?Data Files which are in use by Business Units and organise to separate them into succinct Share groups. ? It is a long term activity, requiring reasonable Windows Network Drive Mapping/File Structure/Folder Structure/Active Directory Security Group understanding and good, relaxed, communication skills. ? The ideal candidate will come from a strong administration background with experience in IT & business improvement projects. ? Your duties will include: Arranging meetings for key stakeholders Handling contract negotiations with partner organisations Extensive involvement in business improvement projects Organising workshops Keeping project schedules upto date Preparing presentations
