Title: Analyst - Service Delivery Coordination Location: INDIA-NOIDAOverall Role purpose:Coordinates the delivery of company products and services according to agreed upon business solution goals and objectives. Interprets demand forecasts and assists in planning and delivering end to end services. Maintains accountability for account-specifi c service problems and for prioritizing work requests.Key Accountibilities and Responsibilities:Technology:Assists in the introduction of new technology to enhance competitiveness of company products and services.People:Communicates improvement needs to appropriate parties to ensure implementation and maintain client satisfaction. Provides leadership and work guidance to staff servicing clients.Customer:Coordinates the communication between the functional area/department and client to ensure that integration of new, enhanced, and existing service offerings meet client specifications. Ensures communication and delivery of projects meets client satisfaction
