Antivirus Security Specialist
Hewlett-Packard India Pvt Ltd(HP) (Chennai, India)
- Position requires participation in a rotational standby/on-call schedule for after hours & weekend support of customer environments - Due to HP's truly Global Delivery model, position may require early morning and/or late evening conference calls - Good communication skills particularly in Business English - Occasional participation in weekend/late evening change implementation is required. - Computing or similar subject related degree or certification - Solid, demonstrated experience in operating and architecting malware prevention systems and solutions i.e. AntiVirus, HIPS, PFW, Vulnerability Assessments, etc. - Product vendor expertise and certification i.e. Trend Micro, Symantec, McAfee, Sygate, Sybari, etc. is preferred - Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness - ITIL knowledge and experience important - Ability to communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply - High availability concepts understood and practiced - Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows server
