Key Responsibilities of the Role Communicate with onsite system analysts/ business analysts, Understand claims system and data models/relationships. Translate business processes and understanding of data models to assist with Claims Analytics work. Guide developers and analysts with data issues and SQL queries Provide design direction for ad-hoc reporting work. Cultivate the skill set within the team. QC the work done by analysts and set direction for data validation Assist analysts with troubleshooting and problem solving Responsible for overall deliverables across multiple work streams (Dashboards/ Ad-hoc reports/ Analytics) Essential Skills Required: Solid Oracle expertise. Experience with ETL tools - SSIS, Preferred: Business objects Educational Qualifications Any BE / PG Years of Experience 3-6 yrs
