Primary Objective: Develop a template driven development model for building courses that allows for re-use of assets and build efficiency and implementing the production plan given by the Project Manager. Role & Responsibilities: Develop a template driven development model for building courses using Flash & Flex Programming assignments including: Building highly interactive flash based architecture - Design & plan custom components - Flex shell design & development - Database design & Develop for the flex shell development - Final review of the courses - Check the course compatibility for the SCORM & SCO's Implementing the production plan given by the PM thereby ensuring that the course complies with standards such as SCORM and AICC Searching the easiest ways to implement things faster which reduces the programming works Train the team for production using all/any updated relevant technology Position Specification / Requirements Education: Graduate / Post Graduate with experience working
