Mainframe Customer Support Manager Mainframe Customer Support Manager Global Software Organisation Sydney Based/ Excellent Salary Package A global software organisation is seeking a talented Mainframe Customer Support Manager to join their Sydney based team. The successful candidate will work with customer's management team to build and maintain trusting relationships and coach team members in dealing with customer issues. Escalate issues through support and engineering management driving to resolution of issues impacting customer business. You will assist in sales / renewals of contracts, driving an increase in overall contracts and anticipating customer issues and new product issues to proactively prepare the work team to support customers. Role and Responsibilities: A strong understanding of computer technology and how it is utilized to solve business problems.
