Responsibilities Interface directly with our clients to report, analyze and solve software issues. Collaborate with product team to ensure successful front, middle and/or back office software implementation Correspond with I-Bank and Hedge Fund Business and Quantitative Analysts to investigate financial analytics discrepancies and refine specifications for financial model implementation. Manage the lifecycle of client reported bugs � including replicating, reporting, providing test cases, scheduling for upcoming patches and if required, �hotfixing� the bug fix to the client. Work closely with both our Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure inclusion of enhancements requested by clients in the software and ensure delivery Attain and maintain subject matter expertise in an asset class and associated market trends by monitoring current industry research publications Develop diversity of technical skills and be able to shift functions to relieve possible bottlenecks in the development
