�Qualification: M. Sc. (Organic Chemistry) or PhD �RESPONSIBILITY: To perform various research related activities such as literature survey, planning and carrying out reactions, reporting and maintaining laboratory work specific data. Should be able to work in a systematic time bound manner to generate timely data. �SKILLS & ABILITIES: DEMONSTRATED: Should have good knowledge in the field of planning and carrying out and scale-up of chemical reactions. Should be well acquainted with the concept of mass and energy balance. Should have project management skills. DESIRED: Experience related to value addition of natural products by chemical conversions. �EXPERIENCE: Post Graduate with minimum 6 to 8 years or PhD with minimum 2 to 3 years of industrial research experience.
