Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent. At least 10 year(s) of working experience with minimum 3 years ITSM experience/ ITIL Service Manager , especially in Service Level Manager, Incident Management, Problem Management, Project Management, Account/Client Relationship Managemet, Financial/ Banking Industy Knowledge, People Management. Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork, communication, organizational, leadership skills and continuous improvement techniques. Required language(s) : Fluent in English both written and spoken. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
