Static site, corporate data centre position Electrical background essential Based in the CBD, $75K + super Our client is a top tier financial services firm who have a requirement for a technical Facilities Manager to manage their occupied space in North Ryde. Reporting into the Head of Corporate Services, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for conducting regular building inspections and ensuring that any preventative and reactive maintenance is actioned in a timely manner. Other key accountabilities will include: * Management of all hard and soft services (cleaning, pest control) KPI s and contractors within the tenancy including those within a data centre * Management of all OHS requirements, incidents and site inductions for contractors * Emergency, evacuation and pandemic planning * Operational budget management In order to be considered for the position, candidates must have an electrical trade or engineering background and first class presentation, communication and interpersonal
