Further, they must be able to absorb the intent behind every roadmap item, to take ownership of the complete articulation of portions of the roadmap, and to represent those portions in detail to the local delivery teams. More specifically, the product owner must be able to answer blocking questions relating to business rules and other customer experience details, posed by the local delivery teams avoiding development delays.
