Strong consultative skills to be able to help a customer identify key pain points, engage the confidence of key stakeholders in the process, and take the customer through architecting a solution to meet their requirements. Perform Channel Partner technical training Provides pre sales technical support to customers and partners using or evaluating client’s software products. Guides problems through the problem resolution process. Assist in closing business in regional territories through field visits to major account prospects. Performs product presentations and technical demonstrations at customer and partner sites. Performs technical leadership and informal training for channel
