Skills ITIL, Oracle, SQL Server Description Our client, a large I.T. outsourcing firm is looking for a Senior DBA to join their team. Challenging 3 months contract opportunity. Key duties and responsibilities include: Undertake planning for the installation of new products and equipment, and enhancement of existing products and equipment. Provide ongoing support to clients Provision of specialist fee-based services, to assist customers to use organisational-supplied products to greatest advantage. Regular interaction with the Account team to ensure clarity and awareness of all activities and plans. Awareness of customer trends/developments Awareness and adherence to the business s service delivery processes and methods Suggesting training opportunities Ensure that skills are maintained and enhanced in specialist area(s) Provide possible services sales
