IT Oracle Database Administrator / IT Oracle DBA
PrimeStaff Management Services Pte Ltd (Singapore)
Responsibilities - Perform installation, administration, maintenance, tuning and trouble-shooting of databases. - Assist Application Developers in reviewing database design and improving database performance. Requirements - Degree / Diploma in Computer-related discipline - Certification in Oracle DBA will be preferred - At least 2 years and above of implementation & operational hands-on experience with Oracle (8/8i/9i/10g) on as a Oracle DBA in Unix or Windows NT Environment . - Familiar with Oracle running on HA like VERITAS Cluster and RAC in a production environment would be an advantage - DB2 skill set on UNIX or Oracle App 11i experience or SQL tuning or MS SQL Server familiarity would be an advantage - Technically independent with good initiative, level 2 support - Good analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve production database issues - Good communication and interpersonal skills Mischanellous - Working Location : Islandwide, East, West, North, Town - Package : 01 year
