Become a Trusted Adviser to the Business Units Ability to interact with both business and IT services CBD based 6mths+ contract role This is a key new role within this financial client where you will be responsible for ensuring the Information Technology and Telecommunications Group delivers to the various Business Units a superior service and maximises the business value delivered through existing assets and capabilities. Key functions: Key focus will be to provide continual improvement of customer satisfaction Provide, apply and operate a governance framework and engagement model for delivering technology services to assigned Business Units.
