Primary Skills : Drools (The Business Logic integration Platform), XFire , XMLBeans, Castor, XML Mapping, Spring, Hibernate, IPC (message passing, synchronization, shared memory, and remote procedure calls), Velocity, JSR 181/179 annotations, Scripting (Perl / Expect scripting is highly recommended). Secondary Skills : Spring (core), JPA using Hibernate, XML <--> Java object <--> XML (Castor/Digester/XMLBeans etc etc), IBM MQ / JMS knowledge, Commons Utils (lang/pool/dbcp/logging/beanutil/file/http etc) and Spring Integration , JDBC, Web services (SOAP and RESTFul + exposing and consuming) , Unit testing (TDD) Junit / Easymock / Jmock.
