Senior Manager Software Development
Cisco (INDIA.KARNATAKA.BANGALORE)
This is a Grade 12 Software Development Engineering Manager position within IPCBU in the Voice Technology Group, focused on UC manager and applications development. It is a senior leadership position with responsibility for leading an engineering team in creating and maintaining a number of UC manager components, features and applications. This position will manage a team of software engineers responsible for delivery of many components and key features within the UC manager product and also working on a brand new platform focused on the emerging markets. The position requires extensive collaboration with multiple development groups during planning and execution providing ample opportunities for visibility at higher levels within the organization. Given the complexity of the technology, the aggressive product growth opportunities and the many leadership challenges that this position offers -- solid leadership skills are important.
