KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Development and Implementation of Project Specific Contract Quality Plan, Procedure, work instructions and quality Control plans. Ensuring maintenance of Company s QMS in compliance with ISO 9000. Ensuring use of latest approved shop drawings for construction at project sites. Ensuring inspection of material received at site after receipts. Ensuring use of latest revision of all Contract Documents, Contract Specifications and engineering reference and Standards. Internal Auditing, Verification of quality records and follow up of corrective actions, at Various MEP projects Sites. Coordinate with Project Manager, Main contractor s MEP coordinators for smooth implementation of Quality system. Tracking of Testing Equipments and Instruments for Calibration Records. Ensuring the maintenance of signed off Inspections and Test records. Identification, investigation resolution and close out of non conformities. Identifying training needs of personnel and provide training
