As part of a small team of Developers, for this large corporate client, your role will involve designing, developing and supporting Lotus Notes/Domino and Web based applications, as well as mentoring and guiding junior team members ensuring they are delivering quality solutions. Key Skills: IBM WebSphere Portal 6.1.x experience. Nice to have skills: IBM Lotus Forms Experience.IBM WebSphere Portlet Factory. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading strategic systems development - prepare and oversee the programme of development. Analysis and design - translate business specifications into complete and effective and efficient operational solutions. Coding and development - act as the project manager or project lead for small to medium solution development projects. Quality assurance - ensure that code produced by self and other developers is peer reviewed and checked for quality. Applications support. Problem solving.
