Key stakeholder management Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements CBD based 6mths+ contract role. This is a key new role within this financial client where you will be responsible for ensuring the Information Technology and Telecommunications Group delivers to the various Business Units a superior service and maximises the business value delivered through existing assets and capabilities. Key functions: Provide, apply and operate a governance framework and engagement model for delivering technology services to assigned Business Unites. Develop appropriate processes and/or develop or monitor Service Level Agreements Develop client business relationships at both a business and operational level Management and representation of customer interests internally Monitor and grow customer satisfaction through either regular customer surveys or performance reporting. Deliver operational excellence in service delivery Key skills required: An experienced Manager with an IT/Telco background
