Years of Experience -4-10 years Qualification - B.E./ MCA / Any Professional degree holder with global certifications related to Networking and Database. Technical Skills - Experience in setting up, configuring and managing mixed-OS LANs. Experience in Linux a must. Expertise in setting up Web Servers and Firewalls and ability to understand network security. Independently install & manage hardware and software firewalls like Endian/ipcop on linux. Sound Knowledge of installing, configuring and maintaining RDBMSs like Oracle, Sybase, MySQL on Linux. Thorough knowledge of managing windows network. Knowledge of any of the following systems a plus: CVS, Bugzilla, xPlanner, Knowledge Tree, jBoss and Apache. Soft Skills - Strong Troubleshooting skills. Keen interest in technology and ability to learn new things. Detail oriented. Good communication and documentation skills.
