Job Descriptions: Provide end user support Provide troubleshooting or administration on PCs, Servers or Networking, Blackberry and BES server Provide helpdesk support when it is necessary Job Requirements: Higher Diploma holder in IT subjects or above; or At least 3-5 years experience in IT support filed Experience in Deskside support is a MUST Familiar with Windows Platform, Blackberry device, BES server, Cisco products and Citrix Experience in troubleshooting or administration of PCs, Server or Networking Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Cantonese and English Attractive remuneration package will be negotiated to the right candidate.
