1st/2nd level desktop support 1 month contract Sydney CBD. Our CBD based client is currently looking for a Help Desk Analyst with an exceptional customer service oriented background to work within their growing support team. This role will see you providing 1st and 2nd level phone support within a dynamic helpdesk environment. You will be able to quickly and efficiently resolve issues and troubleshoot. Experience Required: Microsoft Office Windows XP Outlook 2000, 2003 Excellent troubleshooting skills Active Directory Knowledge of PC installation, Printers, Phones Faxes Working knowledge of PC applications and LAN/WAN You will be customer service orientated and possess excellent communication skills with a desire to progress within your career.
