They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst to join their team. In this role you will provide IT helpdesk Support to corporate clients and be given the opportunity to progress your career. As the role is varied it is essential that you have the following experience: 2 Years experience as a Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst/Service Desk Engineer Basic knowledge of MS Office Applications, Networking, Citrix, etc Be Degree qualified or have relevant industry certification Excellent communication skills In additional you will be able to learn new technologies quickly and think logically.
