We're looking for someone who can add value outside the standard duties of applications support, someone who can play a role in shaping and enhancing process and support capababilities. You will be expected to actively look at ways of improving the production environment – for example, identifying and implementing new application monitoring jobs and providing feedback to development teams on ideas for system improvement and permanently resolving root causes of production outages.   To be successful in this role you will have a minumum of 3
