Project Executive Job Scope To ensure systems & processes comply within legal requirements and/or best market practices, e.g. approval of drawings/design, licensing regulation, installation of utilities & POS, testing & commissioning, final inspection, handing over, training etc. To follow-up on rectification work on any defect fixes & installations as require by customers, attend to & complete soonest possible. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior or Senior Management. To work within timelines set and manage the project plan to meet targeted dates and deliverables. To liaise and assist in gathering necessary information to aid superior in the negotiation with prospective vendors on scope of job and prices for products & services etc. To handle and resolve all project development issues and activities with designers, contractors, suppliers and internal resources etc. To be responsible for day to day operation need, follow up on system performance.
