Project Executive Allocations (Contract)
The Community Chest of Hong Kong (Hong Kong)
Duties - To prepare summary of applications and collect relevant information for committees' vetting on funding applications; - To support the fund allocation process and the monitoring work; - To coordinate the acknowledgement and publicity of funded projects; - To prepare service statistics and report to the corporate donor; - Other duties assigned by Project Manager-Allocations. Qualifications - University graduate in Arts, Social Science, Public or Social Administration or Social Work - At least 3 years working experience in relevant fields - Proficiency in English and Chinese language skills, strong analytical mind, computer competence in Microsoft Access, Word and Excel - Knowledge of new developments in the social welfare systems, procedures and practices would be an advantage - Good interpersonal skills Contract period is 1 year and subject to renewal. We offer 5-day week and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Fringe benefit will be granted in accordance
