Responsibilities: Handle accounts and supervise job sites Co-ordinate and plan work schedules for workers and sub-contractors A link between main contractor and workers. Attend site coordination meetings Aware of legal requirements and significant environment aspect/impacts, and occupational safety and health hazard associated with work site. Monitor work progress and provide feedback to project manager and main contractors Ensures that projects are completed on time. Prepare monthly project progress claims for submission Requirements: At least 1 year working experience in building construction industry. Resourceful with strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to solve problems via creative thinking.
