Service Delivery Manager
HP (India-New Delhi)
· This Position is for a Service Delivery manager for a Large Enterprise customer in Mumbai for managing their data center operations with more than 1000 servers , 1.5 Petabytes of Storage and Networking in the Data Centre Main Functions of the Job · Lead the Delivery Team to achieve all SLAs committed to the customer · Be the single point of contact from HP to the customer for all Delivery related matters with senior Management members of the customer · Articulate and work on issues and infuse confidence to the customer about HPs ability all the time · Continually evaluate the delivery effectiveness and make course corrections to ensure quality of the services provided by HP is high · Work with HP Backend effectively to ensure the customer needs are met · Work with Customer and HP Management to identify up sell opportunities and pass the lead to sales · Deliver Services with ITIL Framework and methodology · Continually work on Customer Satisfaction and build customer confidence in HP
