Firewall CheckPoint Managed Hosting Operation Network Engineer RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize alarm monitoring diagnostic tools to identify, diagnose, systematically isolate faults & correct network service conditions Interfaces with other internal technical support centers on cross-architecture network troubleshooting Remotely coordinate with network equipment vendors and Service Providers to resolve the network fault Own problem/assignment through to resolution/completion
