Data Center Monitoring & Control Shift Manager

Role / Responsibilities / Key objectives Responsible for the 24x7 management of one of two global Infrastructure Command Centre, supporting infrastructure in all regions ( Americas , EMEA and Asia Pacific) in a follow the sun support model . Insure stable and sound infrastructure services, while providing delivery of mission critical services to client base within documented Operating and Service Level Agreements. Provide risk management and operational coordination for application releases, infrastructure changes, unexpected market conditions, and business initiatives. Manage cost effective absorption of additional monitoring and control tasks resulting from M&A (Merger and Acquisitions) or organizational consolidations and changes. Direct and manage day to day functions of Data Center Monitoring and Control. Direct and manage day to day functions of Infrastructure Monitoring and Event Management, within an ITIL framework. Interface with all levels of management throughout the corporation
