Relevant Exp : 2 � 3 Yrs It is a 100% voice support role. Duties and Responsibilities : �Perform day-to-day Cisco IP Phone, Unity Voicemail profile creation and deletion. �Troubleshooting the issue on voice infrastructure in co-ordination with Cisco TAC. �Able to implement & troubleshoot Call routing in CUCM and dial-peers in voice gateways. �Have clear understanding on VOIP protocols like IP, H.323, MGCP and proficiency in working and troubleshooting on Voice Gateways. �Have clear understanding on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling. �Maintain and update voice network diagrams and vendor information for voice network devices. �Report on Telephony Problems within established time frames. �Perform root cause analysis in accordance with the Procedures Manual �Perform voice server operation, including monthly Microsoft hot fix installation �React to network alarms (OVO, pagers, HPOV e-mail, BT ITS Monitor) and follow defined troubleshooting/escalation procedure
