Candidate should possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Must have strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. Good phone etiquettes and customer service soft skills At least 2-3 years experience in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent and support of Microsoft Office Applications Applicants with experience in supporting Legal, Banking or other professional service industries will be given preference. Must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Thai, French or German 6 Month Contract with conversion to Permanent status based on performance. Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status preferred but qualified applicants without residence status are welcome to apply.
