SOX Major Bank IT Audit Join a major banking organisation on a contract basis to implement a Sarbanes - Oxley framework across various business units, You will join an unrivalled team of professionals to assist in various audit assignments and work collaboratively with all levels in the bank to align compliance requirements and document all process and identify and update current deficiencies. Knowledge & experience: - Prior IT audit experience essential (ideally ex-major audit firms) Tertiary qualifications in accounting or commerce Technical understanding of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and its implications for financial institutions Understanding of risks and controls, risk management Previous exposure to SOX, including SOX compliance methodology training Demonstrated experience in the financial services industry, preferably in an internal audit, risk/compliance, consulting capacity Experienced in working on projects Demonstrated experience in conducting workshop facilitation/training presentations
