Due to continued organic growth they are looking for an IT Commercial Contracts Manager to successfully negotiate with key stakeholders so as to mitigate contractual risks at all levels. Primary responsibilities of the role are analysing customer requests and making sure these present a viable business proposition but also to assess the suitability of potential subcontractors. As well as this you will be expected to construct pre-contractual arrangements and contracts that satisfy multiple parties as well as having transparent risk levels evident.
